Other Income	Note 7 – Other Income During the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company recognized other income in the amount of $15,000 corresponding to a rescission and settlement agreement dated October 22, 2021. During the year ended December 31, 2021, the Company recognized other income in the amount of $458,833 corresponding to debt forgiveness of $206,302 included in amounts due to related parties, debt forgiveness of $163,586 included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities, and extinguishment of $88,945 in loans and accrued interest expense.
