Other Income During the year ended December 31, 2019, the Company recognized other income in the amount of $287,316 that corresponds to a write down of $167,691 that included amounts due to related parties and $119,625 included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities, that were deemed no longer collectiable by these parties based on state statutory limitations.
