AMENDMENT NO. 4

TO

AMENDED AND RESTATED SUB-ADVISORY CONTRACT

This Amendment dated as of March 16, 2023, amends the Amended and Restated Sub-Advisory Contract (“Contract”) between Invesco Advisers, Inc. (the “Adviser”) and OppenheimerFunds, Inc. (the “Sub-Adviser”).

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement (i) to remove Invesco Emerging Markets Innovators Fund, a series portfolio of AIM Investment Funds (Invesco Investment Funds) (“AIF”) effective June 23, 2023 and (ii) to remove Invesco International Equity Fund, a series portfolio of AIM International Mutual Funds (Invesco International Mutual Funds) (“AIMF”) effective July 28, 2023.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the mutual covenants herein contained, it is agreed between the parties hereto as follows:

1. Exhibit A to the Contract is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
