Oil and gas property, description		The Company also agreed to pay Crestmont an additional $45,000 in the form of a note that will be issued on the earlier of (a) successful completion of the workover of one well with production of at least 13.5 barrels of oil per day for a period of 30 days or (b) a period of three months from the effective date of the agreement in case the workover has not yet started. The note will have a term of 1 year and annual interest of 10%.
