(e) Compensatory Arrangements with Certain Officers

On March 4, 2010, the Compensation Committee of Avistar Communications Corporation approved an increase in the annual salary for Mr. Elias MurrayMetzger from $187,813 to $215,000, effective March 1, 2010.
