For full year 2002, the company expects net income of $25 to $75 million, excluding special items. The company also expects to generate positive operating cash flow for both the Second Quarter and full year. Current analyst consensus expectations are approximately $40 million for Second Quarter and $30 million for the full year 2002. The company had previously provided projections for net income of $20 to $40 million for the Second Quarter of 2002 and breakeven to $50 million for the full year 2002. Visteon earned $60 million in the Second Quarter of 2001 and $3 million for the full year 2001, excluding special items.
