Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During fiscal year 2015, Hitachi, Ltd. (“Hitachi”) was considered our related party based on their ownership interest as disclosed on Schedule 13G with the SEC. During the second quarter of fiscal year 2016, Hitachi sold approximately 6.6 million shares of our common stock. Based on a review of public filings, as of June 30, 2018 and July 1, 2017, Hitachi owned less than 5 percent of our outstanding common stock. We continue to enter into transactions with Hitachi in the normal course of business. We are also party to a research and development agreement and intellectual property license agreements with Hitachi. We also have certain capital equipment leases with Hitachi Capital Corporation and Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation as described in Note 6, Commitments and Contingencies.
