During the second quarter of fiscal year 2015, we sold our Komoro Business, which included the industrial and consumer product group of Oclaro Japan.
Significant Customers and Concentration of Credit Risk
For the three months ended March 26, 2016, four customers accounted for 10 percent or more of our revenues, representing approximately 20 percent, 14 percent, 12 percent and 11 percent of our revenues, respectively. For the nine months ended March 26, 2016, three customers accounted for 10 percent or more of our revenues, representing approximately 19 percent, 14 percent and 10 percent of our revenues, respectively.
For the three months ended March 28, 2015, four customers accounted for 10 percent or more of our revenues, representing approximately 19 percent, 16 percent, 11 percent and 10 percent of our revenues, respectively. For the nine months ended March 28, 2015, three customers accounted for 10 percent or more of our revenues, representing approximately 22 percent, 14 percent and 10 percent of our revenues, respectively.
As of March 26, 2016, four customers accounted for 10 percent or more of our accounts receivable, representing approximately 21 percent, 19 percent, 13 percent and 11 percent of our accounts receivable, respectively. As of June 27, 2015, four customers accounted for 10 percent of our accounts receivable, representing approximately 24 percent, 13 percent, 11 percent and 11 percent of our accounts receivable, respectively.
