SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 5, 2014, we entered into a separation agreement to sell our industrial and consumer business of Oclaro Japan located at its Komoro, Japan facility to Ushio Opto Semiconductors, Inc. ("Ushio Opto"). On October 27, 2014, the sale was completed. The transaction is more fully discussed in Note 5, Business Combinations and Dispositions.
