TREASURY STOCK	NOTE 7: TREASURY STOCK Treasury shares are accounted for using the cost method. During the year ended December 31, 2024, 200 shares of treasury stock were utilized for the exercise of non-qualified stock options. During the year ended December 31, 2024, a total of 300 shares were used for the exercise of non-qualified stock options. During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company issued 200 shares for our CEO’s restricted stock award. The Company had 3,718 and 4,018 shares of common stock held in treasury as of December 31, 2024 and 2023.

The entire disclosure for treasury stock, including, but not limited to, average cost per share, description of share repurchase program, shares repurchased, shares held for each class of treasury stock.
