NOTE 6: TREASURY STOCK

No shares of common stock were purchased during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021. No shares of common stock were purchased during the three months ended September 30, 2022, and during the nine months ended September 30, 2022, 500 shares of common stock were purchased in privately negotiated transactions for an aggregate amount of $326. Treasury shares are accounted for using the cost method. See further discussion in Note 10.
