We consent to the incorporation by reference in Registration Statement No. 333-114188 of Air France-KLM (the “Company”) on Form F-3 of our report relating to the financial statements of the Company dated June 27, 2006 (July 18, 2006 as to Notes 41 to 42), appearing in this Annual Report on Form 20-F of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
