Subsequent Events	*Series D Conversions* Between July 1, 2016, and July 13, 2016, holders of Series D Preferred Stock converted 5,000 shares of Series D Preferred Stock into 500,000 shares of common stock. *Vesting of Restricted Stock Grants* On July 13, 2016, the Company issued 20,000 shares to an outside consultant of the Company upon the one-year anniversary of restricted stock units granted.
