The Company issued a press release on January 24, 2005 announcing that George W. Gresham would be appointed to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2005, following the planned retirement of Thomas S. Liston, the Company's current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
