(the “Company” or “Live Current”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on October 10, 1995. The Company has a portfolio of domain names. Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited interim financial statements have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Regulation S-X. Accordingly, the financial statements do not include all of the information and footnotes required by generally accepted accounting principles for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments consisting of normal recurring entries necessary for a fair statement of the periods presented have been made in order to make the financial statements presented not misleading. The results of operations for such interim periods are not necessarily indicative of operations for a full year. The accompanying unaudited interim financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and related notes included in the Company’s Annual Report in Amendment 3 of Form 10-12G/A, for the year ended December 31, 2017, as filed with the SEC on May 9, 2018.
