Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In August 2025, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire Regrello Corp. (“Regrello”), a developer of an AI-native business process automation solution. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will acquire Regrello for approximately $900 million in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. The agreement also provides for the Company’s assumption of unvested outstanding equity awards held by Regrello employees. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
