Item 8.01                Other Events.

                On November 9, 2005, we announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia entered a final order approving our debtor-in-possession credit agreement with certain lenders. The court also entered a final order authorizing us to honor pre-petition customer credit, return and warrantly programs. A copy of our press release is attached herto and incorporated by reference.
