Employee Benefit Plan The Company sponsors a qualified 401(k) Retirement Plan (the “Plan”) under which employees are allowed to contribute certain percentages of their pay, up to the maximum allowed under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Company may make contributions to these plans at its discretion. The Company contributed approximately $38 thousand, $21 thousand, and $35 thousand to this plan during the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010, and 2009 respectively.
