SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

Subsequent to March 31, 2025, the Company issued or has agreed to issue shares of its common stock as follows:

- 135,500,000 restricted shares under subscription agreements for proceeds of $246,000;

- 41,357,500 restricted shares that were due under subscription agreements; and

- 5,500,000 restricted shares, with a total value of $24,800, were issued for consulting services.

Subsequent to March 31, 2025 the following notes payable went into default:

- A note payable dated 04/01/24 with a principal balance of $150,000 that was due on 04/01/25; and

- A note payable dated 11/10/23 with a principal balance of $500,000 that was originally due on 05/10/25.
