SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

NOTE 10– SUBSEQUENT EVENTS 

Subsequent to September 30, 2024, the Company issued or has agreed to issue shares of its common stock as follows:  

(i) sales of 56,500,000 shares of the Company’s restricted common stock under subscription agreements for proceeds of $158,250; and

(ii) issuance of 131,429 shares of restricted common stock to a service provider.
