NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

Subsequent to March 31, 2024, the Company issued or has agreed to issue shares of its common stock as follows:

(i) sales of 9,800,000 shares of restricted common stock under subscription agreements for proceeds received of approximately $71,750; and

(ii) the issuance of 10,666,645 shares of restricted common stock that were owed under subscription agreements from the period ended March 31, 2024 but that were not issued in the period due to administrative time lag.
