NOTE 10– SUBSEQUENT EVENTS 

Subsequent to September 30, 2023, the Company issued or has agreed to issue shares of its common stock as follows:

(i) sales of 187,933,668 shares of the Company’s restricted common stock under subscription agreements for proceeds of $386,450; and

(ii) issuance of 2,230,000 shares of restricted common stock to various service providers.
