NOTE 10– SUBSEQUENT EVENTS 

Subsequent to June 30, 2023, the Company issued or has agreed to issue shares of its common stock as follows:

(i) sales of 117,500,000 shares of the Company’s restricted common stock under subscription agreements for proceeds of $206,250; and

(ii) issuance of 24,509,632 shares of restricted common stock to various service providers.
