NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

Subsequent to March 31, 2023, the Company issued or has agreed to issue shares of its common stock as follows:

(i) sales of 36,016,667 shares of the Company’s restricted common stock under subscription agreements for proceeds of $73,475; and

(ii) issuance of 600,000 shares of restricted common stock to a service provider.
