SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

Subsequent to March 31, 2022, the Company issued or has agreed to issue shares of its common stock as follows:

(i) sales of 90,000,000 shares of restricted common stock under subscription agreements for proceeds of $180,000; and

(ii) issuance of 5,000,000 shares of restricted common stock to service providers.

Subsequent to March 31, 2022 the following loans went into default:

1) A loan due to a related party in the amount of $3,000 was due April 13, 2022; and

2) A loan due to a related party in the amount of $3,000 was due May 10, 2022.
