LEASE OBLIGATION	NOTE 6 – LEASE OBLIGATION Corporate Office The Company leases 823 square feet of office space located at 14497 North Dale Mabry Highway, Suite 209-N, Tampa, Florida 33618. The Company entered into an amended lease agreement on July 1, 2013 for its current location. Under the terms of the amended lease agreement, the lease term has been extended to June 30, 2015, with a base monthly rent of $1,200 from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 and a base monthly rent of $1,235 from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. There may be additional monthly charges for pro-rated maintenance, late fees, etc. As of December 31, 2014, future minimum rental payments required under this non-cancelable operating lease total $7,407 for the year ending December 31, 2015. Operations House The Company has an operating lease for a house located in Merritt Island, Florida. The Company uses the house to store equipment and gear and to provide temporary work-related living quarters for its divers and other personnel involved in its exploration and recovery operations. The term of the lease agreement commenced on October 1, 2014 and expires on September 30, 2015. As of December 31, 2014, future minimum rental payments required under this non-cancelable lease total $19,800 for the year ending December 31, 2015.
