Subsequent Events	NOTE 18 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to the end of our second quarter, on December 13, 2018, we acquired Siamons International Inc, provider of the Concrobium branded specialty cleaning products. The company, which is based in Ontario, Canada, has annual net sales of approximately $20.0 million, and will be included in our consumer reportable segment. As of January 8, 2019, we have repurchased 1,470,647 shares of RPM common stock since November 30, 2018, at a cost of approximately $86.0 million, or an average of $58.46, under the stock repurchase program described in Note 11.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
