Subsequent Events	Note 12. Subsequent Events On January 13, 2012, the Company executed an Asset Purchase Agreement with RightHand IT Corporation, a managed service provider for small business located in Louisville, Colorado. The Company acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities, and paid a total amount of approximately $1.4 million. The acquisition will deepen our small business expertise and enable us to grow our business by providing existing services to current customers, and broadening our services to other customers.
