On August 31, 2023, Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it had agreed to sell the Hush Puppies trademarks, patents, copyrights and domains in China, Hong Kong and Macau and the Wolverine Leathers business in the United States. A copy of the Company’s August 31, 2023 press release announcing these transactions is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
