Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 1, 2020, Joseph P. Kelley, the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Materion Corporation (the “Company”) provided notice to the Company that he would be departing to pursue other interests. Mr. Kelley will continue to be employed by the Company and continue to act as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer, through July 1, 2020.
The Company is grateful to Mr. Kelley for his contributions over the past eight years and wishes him well in his new endeavor.
