On November 9, 2010, Frontier Oil Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had priced a registered public offering of $150 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2018  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
