On April 15, 2005, Frontier Oil Corporation issued a press release announcing a 2-for-1 stock split in the form of a stock dividend and an increase of quarterly cash dividend by 33%. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
