Property and equipment consist of the following at June 30, 2020 and 2019:

Depreciation expense for the years ended June 30, 2020 and 2019 was $1,209 and $0, respectively

In connection with the closure of the business premises of Sangui GmbH in Witten, all fixed assets were scrapped or sold for proceeds of $1,108 in the year ended June 30, 2019.
