Nature of Business	Nature of Business Sangui Biotech International, Inc., incorporated in Colorado in 1995, and its subsidiary, Sangui BioTech GmbH (Sangui GmbH). Sangui GmbH, which is headquartered in Witten, Germany, is engaged in the development of artificial oxygen carriers (external applications of hemoglobin, blood substitutes and blood additives) as well as in the development, marketing and sales of cosmetics and wound management products.
