RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 13 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS At September 30, 2014, three stockholders of the Company held $164,000 in principal of the Company’s senior secured convertible notes payable, and were owed accrued interest of $128,752 related to such notes.
