Related Party Transactions	NOTE 13 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS At March 31, 2015 and 2014, two and five shareholders of the Company held $114,000 and $330,249 of the senior secured convertible notes payable and were owed accrued interest of $115,925 and $328,251.
