The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, S&P Global has reaffirmed the Bank’s rating at “BBB-/Stable/A-3”. The Bank’s stand-alone credit profile (SACP) was revised upwards from 'BBB-' to 'BBB'.
