The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank will, inter alia, consider the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2022 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ending March 31, 2022 at its Meeting to be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022.

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed from April 1, 2022 to April 25, 2022 (both days inclusive) for Designated Persons including Directors.
