SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Note 11 - Subsequent Events	NOTE 11 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 11, 2022, the Company entered into a convertible promissory note with Jamie Hadfield in the amount of $10,000.00 at an interest rate of 12% due within 3 months of the loan date. On April 18, 2022, the Company amended a promissory note dated February 28, 2022, of Willy A. Saint-Hilaire (a related party) having a principal amount of $4,500, with a promise to pay date extension from March 28, 2022, to July 28, 2022, as well as increasing the interest rate from 0% to 12%, starting from the original date of the loan. On May 3, 2022, STAVATTI UAVS, LTD purchased 8,000 restricted shares of common stock at $0.50 per share, for an amount of $4,000. At this time, the shares have not been issued. Management has evaluated subsequent events as of the date of the Financial Statements and has determined that all events are disclosed herein.
