On December 12, 2005, a voluntary reporting was made for the reporting person which incorrectly reported 30 shares granted to the reporting person for a 15 year service award. The correct number of shares awarded for the service award was 10; therefore, the amount of common stock beneficially owned has been adjusted accordingly. The overstatement of 20 shares also carried over into two subsequent Form 4 filings on December 21, 2005, and June 15, 2006.
