Common Stock Options	NOTE 11 – COMMON STOCK OPTIONS On December 31, 2007, the Company’s Board of Directors approved an equity plan. The equity plan known as the 2007 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) reserves up to 6,000,000 shares of the Company’s authorized common stock for issuance to officers, directors, employees and consultants under the terms of the Plan. On December 31, 2009, the Company’s board of directors amended the Plan to authorize 12,000,000 shares. The Plan permits the Board of Directors to issue stock options and restricted stock. At December 31, 2019 there were no options outstanding. The plan expired on December 30, 2019.
