License agreements and acquired product rights: *TTY license and supply agreement* The Company has a license and supply agreement with TTY Biopharm Co., Ltd. (“TTY”) for the exclusive rights to develop and commercialize BEMA Fentanyl in the Republic of China, Taiwan. The Company received cumulative payments $0.4 million from TTY during the three month periods ended March 31, 2018 related to royalties based on product purchased in Taiwan by TTY of PAINKYL which is recorded in the accompanying condensed consolidated statement of operations. There were no royalties received from TTY during the three months ended March 31, 2019.
