Subsequent events	11. Subsequent events: On July 17, 2014, the Company held its 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). During the Annual Meeting, the amendment to the Company’s 2011 Equity Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares of common stock authorized for issuance under the plan by 2,000,000 shares from 6,800,000 to 8,800,000 was approved by stockholders.
