(“Biovest”) held by Accentia. Biovest is a majority-owned subsidiary of Accentia. During the six months ending June 30, 2013, Biovest filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court. On July 9, 2013, the plan became effective, which canceled all outstanding common stock.
