LEASE COMMITMENTS

As of December 31, 2013, the Company was obligated under noncancellable operating lease agreements for certain sales offices and manufacturing facilities, manufacturing equipment, vehicles, information technology equipment and warehouse space. Future minimum lease payments for noncancellable operating leases with initial or remaining terms in excess of one year are as follows:

Total rental expense for all equipment and building operating leases for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012, and 2011, were $9.5 million, $9.4 million, and $9.4 million, respectively.
