Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Declaration of dividends On August 7, 2024, we declared a quarterly cash dividend of $4.26 per share, which is payable on September 18, 2024 to our common stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2024. Acquisition On July 20, 2024, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire three data centers in the Philippines from Total Information Management (“TIM”), a leading technology solutions provider in the market. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
