Nature Of Operations [Text Block]	1. NATURE OF BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS Overhill Farms, Inc. (the “Company” or “Overhill Farms”) is a value-added manufacturer of high quality, prepared frozen food products for branded retail, private label, foodservice and airline customers. The Company's product line includes entrées, plated meals, bulk-packed meal components, pastas, soups, sauces, poultry, meat and fish specialties, and organic and vegetarian offerings.
