SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Legal proceedings On October 24, 2025, the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued judgment dismissing all claims brought by the Company's former President and Chief Executive Officer against the Company, its subsidiaries, directors, and officers, and awarded costs to the Company. The judgment was in the Company's favor. The Company has not yet recognized any gains related to this outcome.
