Goodwill	9. Goodwill At June 30, 2013, the effect of foreign currency translation was a decrease to goodwill of $507 million. The impact by segment was $451 million, $37 million and $19 million related to Asia, EMEA and Latin America, respectively. Other than these foreign currency translation changes, there were no other significant changes to goodwill.
