Subsequent Event	16. Subsequent Events Common Stock Dividend On July 8, 2020, the MetLife, Inc. Board of Directors declared a third quarter 2020 common stock dividend of $0.46 per share payable on September 14, 2020 to shareholders of record as of August 4, 2020. The Company estimates that the aggregate dividend payment will be $419 million.
